ONLINE ORDERING

How do I create an online account?

Click on My Account (located at the top of the home page)


Click on the Create Account button,

then fill out the form and set up a Username and Password.

Go to Create Account now.

How do I edit my account?

To update your account information (Address, Credit Card info, etc.) click on My Account
Enter your User Name and Password to access your account.
Click on Edit Account button to make changes.

Can I view my order history?

Yes, you can look at your previous purchases by accessing My Account and clicking on the View Order History link.

How do I cancel an order?

What is the Catalog Shopper?

You can order any title from our catalogs by simply adding the product number(s) to a list, and when the list is complete, click on the Add To Cart button. Use Catalog Shopper now.

Can I have a Recorded Books sales representative contact me?

Yes, you can fill out your information and submit the Representative Contact Request form. A Recorded Books sales representative will contact you within 24 hours.

What are your shipping charges?

All orders are shipped via Media Mail unless otherwise specified. We can also ship via First Class, UPS, or Federal Express for an additional charge.

Do you have a Safe Shopping Guarantee?

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.
