Mark Turetsky

Mark Turetsky became a voice actor shortly after graduating from the NYU Tisch drama program. He has lent his voice to numerous video games and animated series, as well as national, regional and local ad campaigns for Johnson and Johnson, Verizon, Amstel Light and others.

Mark has narrated more than 60 audiobooks, specializing in middle grade and children's books. Notable titles include the Origami Yoda series, Jodi Picoult's House Rules, Heinlein's Have Space Suit, Will Travel and The Candymakers series by Wendy Mass.

He is a two-time AudioFile Best Voice recipient, as well as the winner of multiple Earphones Awards, ALA Amazing Audiobooks for Young Adults, Sound Commentary starred reviews, and School Library Journal Narrator of the Month. He was also awarded the Kraus Performance Scholarship at the 2016 HEAR Now Festival in Kansas City, Missouri.

After 13 years living in Brooklyn, NY, Mark now lives in Monroe, Louisiana, with his wife and family, and he has learned how to bake his own bagels and black and white cookies.
