Audible Narrator Hall of Fame: Davina Porter

Davina Porter has been selected as an inductee in the inaugural class of Audible’s Narrator Hall of Fame!

In celebration of Audible's 20th anniversary, they’re honoring 20 narrators as inductees in the Audible Narrator Hall of Fame. The 20 narrators were selected based on several criteria: a wide, varied, and vibrant body of work; exceptional listener reviews; and a commitment to the craft and dedication to spreading awareness of audio performance.

2017 Audible Narrator Hall of Fame inductee, Davina Porter has over 20 years’ experience narrating books. She is particularly well known for narrating fan-favorite, Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series. Apart from Outlander, Porter has also received abundant praise for her performances of classics, such as Thomas Hardy’s Tess of the d’Urbervilles, Leo Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina, and Marion Zimmer Bradley’s The Mists of Avalon, and many popular fantasy, adventure, and mystery series, such as C.S. Harris’s Sebastian St. Cyr, Alexander McCall Smith’s Isabel Dalhousie, and Anne Perry’s Thomas and Charlotte Pitt.
