Professional reviews

"Google has a program developed by, and available to, employees to encourage mindfulness and the enhancement of emotional intelligence in the workplace. This book describes the evolution of the program and provides a guide for its implementation. It invites listeners to pause to do the exercises and provides a guide for the amount of time to give them. References to enhanced information may encourage listening with access to a computer but they're are not essential. Nick Sullivan's narration is a bit stiff, and some of the book's humor is almost lost, but his presentation is clear and engaged. The book could be the basis of an individual or group endeavor to increase awareness and happiness within the workplace and without. J.E.M. (c) AudioFile 2012, Portland, Maine"
